Ambra Edwards is a foremost garden writer who has 3 times been voted Journalist of the Year by the Garden Media Guild, who also named her book Head Gardeners Inspirational Book of the Year in 2017. In this talk she will explore the lives, vision and achievement of a cohort of exceptional gardeners, ranging from a former homeless heroin addict to a gardening therapist repairing lives torn apart by war and a gardener who loves ground elder and trains bindweed up poles. Gardening, they all agree, is not so much a job as a life choice.
